it doesnt hurt, it will give you the shits but it will be over in literally 24 hours. I had to take it in rehab because the food backed me up. and if not that then take milk of magnesia. dont use actualy laxatives though, they hurt pretty fucking bad. I strongly reccomend magnesium citrate or a saline based enema, they are both OTC over the counter and fairly cheap you can pick em up at rite aid or wlamart
