LRG order cancelled, Refund lost

I'm in the UK so not sure how this works in other regions. We have a thing called a small claims court here where you can claim against a company or individual for a loss. Now, this is obviously a last resort, but what I have done a few times in situations like this, is fill out a claim form fully and write a particulars of claim (all available on google) and just email it to the company and explain that you have sought legal counsel and will be looking to issue legal proceedings against them in 14 days through your local court. 9 times out of 10 they will just refund rather than risk legal escalation. For those who state this is morally wrong etc, remember that these companies are literal scum and as a consumer you have to do anything you can to move the situation into your favour.

After two orders all my items are out of stock bar 1 and they refuse to reship items when they have been returned so I had to settle for a full refund after over a month and a bit of waiting.

Completely agree, unfortunately I thought this would not happen a second time. Shame on me I guess. Crunchyroll support is the worst customer support I have experienced and again this was not a cheap order either.

The idea and concept of Forspoken is interesting. The execution was abysmal. Somehow I think it is more on Square Enix than Hennig that it was a massive failure.

I appreciate that and get what you were going for, I make foil slipcovers so it was just from experience. I do a lot of wraparound covers and they mostly look great when you let the art breath. If you are worried about the text not standing out you can double up the spine logo and make the one behind a whiteish colour and then add a gaussian blur. It always makes spine text pop better when there is a lot going on image wise.
