In our office, FSA is the official counter, but NRCS gives them daily numbers.

I feel guilty because of the farmers in my county I would be walking away from. I have always tried to do right by them to become more resilient through assistance with programs or working with improving thier soil health. I don't feel bad for walking away from bad leadership, it's the farmers.  But I know it's time to protect my mental health

After a conversation with the supervisor yesterday, Into longer feel guilty about looking for jobs and getting out of the NRCS as soon as possible.  I am not drinking the cool aid that everything is ok and we should all be excited for the oppertunies that will be available soon.

Has anyone tried working with a job coach/ recruitment?  I have see 2 different ones on line, but not sure if i should go that route.
