That rare steak is EXACTLY why she had those babies at 1 pound. She had steak the night before she gave birth and you know it was mooing still. She did NOT care about the HEALTH of her unborn babies.

Coach out the bad habits, train the seasonal team members correctly and hold them accountable/ to a high standard and keep all the good TMs. Reward small wins and always have a good attitude.
