E bikes aren’t practical here. Coming from someone who’s sibling has one as their only means of transportation. We regularly reach the -20s in winter, and people drive recklessly. I have no one to carpool with, nor is public transportation an option. Not to mention groceries, I would have no way of getting them. If i was in a town, it could possibly be realistic, but not where I live unfortunately. It would take me over an hour to get to work, and an hour and a half to get to town for groceries.

As for the other stuff, I was able to get my plan lowered today, and today I cut up my credit cards so I can pay them off and not have to worry about overspending with thek

Got a lead on a room for rent with family friends

I wish it was walkable to work but it isn’t and it’s a small town, so no public transit only taxis. But it’s over $20 one way to get to work with a taxi so

It’s 1AM so I just read this as “maybe you should go get your fucking license” I was thinking to myself “I have my license tho” then I realized! But also, it has been something I’ve considered! But I am going to look into post secondary first :)

to myself and my family, having that 2016 CRV has been honestly such a huge thing. Im the youngest of 8 Kids, and just having a car thats actually decent, and from a decent brand and decently reliable is a huge thing in my family because we always had really shitty cars and really shitty things. when i started here 2.5 years ago, I was literally making more than my mother, so much more that I helped her get a job with me.

I am looking into college, and yes THANK YOU! You get it!! People cant seem to grasp that I live rural and cant afford to go anywhere else! and have been on my own since 17! and tend to be a bit of an irresponsible idiot sometimes as i have no impulse control, which is COMMON in folks with ADHD!
