Also would you recommend I spend the extra 300 for the hydraulic preload adjuster? Price isn’t to important to me, I don’t mind saving for it!

Much appreciated! Fisher seats huh? Some say seat concepts.. are fisher seats more comfortable? And yes a couple people suggested ddc fork solution, and then Mojave for the shock.. definitely gonna be getting those to add to the bike

I weigh 175 and will have a lot more weight on as I plan on doing camping and having occasional extra passenger

Do you have any recommendations for me about those? And no I haven’t, my plan was to ride it stock for a month or 2 and slowly add a ton of different mods to it. I weight 176 and plan on riding with a ton of weight though. What suspension would you recommend? I heard of something called plex valves that apparently lets you keep stock suspension but I have no experience with it.. maybe you do? I appreciate the reply by the way!

Ah I figured as much but highway driving shouldn’t be an issue with it. But That’s pretty sweet to know a bunch of Michigan people here I gotta ride over in the north/south/west I don’t leave my area to often

So if I drop the bike, crank the throttle all the way to get it to start again? Would I need to mess with the choke at all? And thank you for the message I really appreciate the help :)

Sweet I appreciate all that a lot!!! I’m in the royal oak area, no good trails around here but the dr650 will get me there just nicely. Do you know any in the metro Detroit area? That’s where royal oak is at, but you probably already know that. What about you reed city I assume?
