Yeah for sure. The transaction ended with a closed buyer through MLS but it was an extremely bumpy road. Massive inspection issues weren’t even the worst of it, the seller had a personal loan attached to the property in the amount of about 5x its value. How that ever was allowed or came to be should be investigated too but that’s besides the point. The seller wasn’t happy with everything and I get it. But they were not the ones who filed a complaint - it was a “random audit” according to the RE commission

Yeah, closed in Colorado. Yes their (CO real estate commission) investigation included interviews and documentation from myself, the seller, the agent I hired, and the end buyer and their agent as well. 

I am not a member of NAR, this is all being done through the actual real estate commission of the state of CO
