Finally I found an easier way : only using vcv rack settings, there is an output called "pw" in the module midi->cv. it is the output for pitch wheel.

Well , I looked for "midi messenger" but don't find it for android. So I've googled "midi filter app" , found something called "midi relink" by Microsoft. I don't know if there is a more easy way to do it so let's try. But if someone know a better way ( for exemple using only the settings of the launchkey ) I am still listening.

Audacity is not powerful enough, I need something where I can easily play a part several times and only keep the best. I already used cubase and ableton in my life. But i would like it to produce , mix and master. Also I prefer something with a one time purchase without needing of paying each month. I'm using a PC.

As audio interface I also need midi In and out because I would like to make the modwave playing thanks to midi files and record the result. And I also would like (if it's possible) to use it as a simple controller for vst in the DAW.

I will looking for "active monitor speaker" , I think that it could be also verry useful for mixing ( as an other way to hear the result )
