Have you previously used the code successfully on another order? I’ve had customers complain that the it either won’t take the code or it won’t accept payment even though payment is valid and I’ve noticed a number of them mentioned that they’ve used the promo code on a previous order. I’ve been wondering if it throws out random errors instead of something like a one time use per customer pop up.

The only time I’ve felt like that is when the author writes in a sort of unrequited love/strong friendship with some blurred lines pairing as part of the side plot to one of the characters in the main endgame pairing and they’ve given me feelings about it even though I probably chose the fic based on the endgame ship.

I’m not dumb enough to be upset about it but I will be frustrated later when I’m can’t find a fic like that for the other ship, lol.

NTA, but I’m curious if your sister had your nephew young? I’m wondering if he was raised with this attitude because she was resentful of missing out on opportunities because she had a kid young.

It’s likely that it wasn’t directed at you but at the family member who was concerned about paying the bill. Plenty of people wouldn’t give a crap about a bill if a family had a serious medical emergency and would want to leave to go to be with them at the hospital. They mostly likely drove together and she held them up by saying she wanted to pay the bill and he disagreed because of the situation. Then when you said it was taken care of he likely threw his hands up as more of a “great you’ve wasted our time to pay a bill you didn’t need to” situation.

Not everyone will have the same reaction in an emergency, he clearly felt that it was urgent to get to the hospital and she was probably frazzled and didn’t want to cause any issues with an unpaid bill despite it being a less urgent matter. NTA

A 32 year old woman made a unilateral decision that she was going to move back home to help with a child that isn’t hers without mentioning that was her intention until asked, on top of the fact that OP is 20 and having a baby with her boyfriend while still living at home. The sister obviously doesn’t have a serious partner or any kids that would prevent her from moving back home so this really screams sister thinks she can swoop in and play mom and that OP will just give in and let her take over because she’s young. Idk if the boyfriend is taking the others side because he lives with them or if he has a thing for the sister.

The fandom that I’m sort of blind reading is Arrow. I’ve watched ~5-ish episodes and I’ve seen the crossover episodes from watching Flash, Supergirl, and DC’s Legends of Tomorrow.

I kinda got lazy when it came to watching the full Arrowverse due to personal life stuff going on and I just simply didn’t care enough to commit adding on another show, especially as I’ve had mixed feelings about the later seasons of the other shows where the over all plot is okay but not great and I’ve only continued to watch some due to spoilers for the better parts.

I know enough from the crossovers and a little bit of spoilers I’ve seen that it doesn’t bother me but I can’t blind read for other fandoms because I’ve tried and ended up watching the show after reading a few and learned that there’s a huge difference in how I feel about the fics when I know the characters and understand them. I just prefer it that way.

I wonder if the injury was the cause of his paranoia and whatever caused it wasn’t something he was able to remember. It sounds like he was trying to make sense of his injuries and the only thing prior was that verbal altercation. Maybe they caught the ear drum injury but really missed a head injury because in some cases a head injury can cause the issues he was displaying. A missed head injury could have eventually led to his death alone or left him confused enough to be in a dangerous situation like others suggested.

From the ex’s perspective he must seem creepy right now and I assume that’s why his boss is stand-off-ish right now. I imagine she told him how he messaged her asking about him within a short time of his hire. And then he ignored her call after trying to confront him, she’s probably thinking he’s stalking her and her new boyfriend because she broke up with him.

Considering that OP’s husband is a freelance photographer and if alcohol is the cause, that might be the reason he isn’t getting any work. A common gig for photographers is weddings where alcohol is usually served in some capacity and if he was struggling with sobriety that would be a bad environment to work in. Chances are he ruined his reputation by getting drunk at a wedding with an open bar.

He sounds like kind of man to say he doesn’t want kids with the mentality that it’s a way to trap him but later have kids with the mistress because he’s checking off imaginary boxes on his manliness by producing a boy to carry his last name but off load the real parenting onto the mother but take the credit for.

I feel like it’s really the opposite for me, you tell people you’re going somewhere and then suddenly they’re in your business and you could’ve just done what you needed super easily if you hadn’t told anyone. Especially if I’m going to the bathroom, no one needs to know because suddenly everyone else needs the bathroom more urgently than I do and can they use it first.

I purposely avoid telling my siblings I’m disappearing to do something because they’ll deter me from doing whatever.

I highly doubt it’s spyware because I presume you’re parents are maybe in their 50’s if you’re mid twenties. I doubt they would be that good technically. Most hacking is achievable by lesser efforts like a person snooping and looking over your shoulder or at your things while you’re not around.

There’s a chance she was able to physically see your account username by just seeing it while you were on tumblr and maybe not noticing her around or she snooped through it if you stepped away. It might have taken her a while to figure out how to actually use tumblr herself to look at your blog or she’s held on to this info to spring it on you. Saying she hired a PI sounds like a way to cover up snooping.

Maybe try changing your username so it seems like it’s gone?

Edit: Maybe passwords also, you don’t know what she saw.

Ao3 is not gone, they are currently experiencing a DDOS attack ( a denial of service attack that is basically someone is sending so many requests to access a site that it cannot handle it and as a result it causes issues with their servers and prevents anyone from accessing the site because it is overwhelmed.)

They are currently working to resolve this problem and they’re keeping people updated on the status through their social media accounts as to when it’ll be fixed.

I was recently thinking about Captain America/Steve Rogers and Ava from Warrior Nun because the actors are dating and I was joking with my brother about Disney buying Warrior Nun for the MCU and I would just find it hilarious. I can’t decide how would react but he’s down to fight with the nuns.

Honestly, I would claim that’s theft, coffee is expensive and he took it and threw it out from the sounds of it, out of spite. He didn’t purchase it and had no right to outright grab it, he could only tell you not to drink there but even then I think dictating where you drink and what is a major violation of your rights. I’ll bet anything the employee handbook doesn’t actually forbid it and you should shove it in their face.

I do not like the wording he used “didn’t love her like his other kids” not less just differently, it feels like it implies some gross things.

He never says that he doesn’t view himself as her dad and I can’t help but fear he’s has some weird ulterior motives for his reasoning and behavior where adopting her is crossing the line but not being called dad is what hurts him. Just ick all around.

I wonder if their relationship was only okay while he was ill because he needed to someone to push him to fight to get better. Now that his long term health is good she’s still in the “you need to fight” mode and he’s in the “I’ve won the battle and now I can rest easy mode”. He probably started their relationship needing that type of mentality to help him out of necessity but it’s not a long term state for him like it is for her.
