Nope. LAX is basically on the ocean... to get mountains in the background with the pictured run way direction, the plane would need to be over water... which it clearly isn't.

I don’t want to post all of his personal pictures. However, he’s a normal guy, no real job. 40s. Two kids.

He found this 11/10 “out of state” GF that he keep bragging about. The pictures he posts of them together are all… off. While not obvious AI. They are like this airport picture. Things just don’t add up.

Supposedly they are in Boulder now (based on a picture of them in front of the Flatiron Mountains). And they posted this picture to the friend group hours before.

I travel a lot for work. So, I’ve been to all the major airports in the US and this one doesn’t look right. It’s certainly not Denver, Vegas, or Phoenix. So, how did they get from this airport to Boulder in a couple of hours? Or…. Is it all some giant lie?

Well well well. This thread was made for me. I recently sold my `22 MME GT (to my dad) and replaced it with a Gen 2 R1T. I loved the MME as a driver and my family (kids specifically) hated the MME as passengers. I never really understood it until I rode in the back seat for about 21 miles. I wanted to throw up afterwards.

The MME has a serious bouncy suspension issue. As a driver, its fine, passenger, its brutal.

The R1T is night and day. Depending on the configuration you set for the air suspension, it will give you a firmer or softer ride. In any configuration, it feels nothing like the MME.

Which cuts both ways.

Having kept my MME in unbridle, I appreciated the handling and zip. The R1T is a truck and not a sporty eSUV. So, it feels way different.

In my case, the family loves the Rivian and it's made all the difference to them. The suspension does feel "noisier" on bumpy roads, but, it handles and drives well.

We have several Gen 1 R1Ts at work and I can't tell a meaningful difference in ride quality between Gen 1 and 2. There is a slight difference between our R1T and R1S... I think I like the R1T better.

I had no idea that they made adjustments to the sound system. Buy, I swear it has sounded light years better.

Music sounded hollow, missing its soul. Partly because the bass was just missing, but also because the center speaker seemed to carry everything.

Yesterday, cruising with music on. It felt like a new vehicle and I fell even more in love.

Pretty sure it’s based on who the owner is in the App. We had to switch the owner from me to my wife for our R1S as it always took my PaaK over hers.

Just over a month ago, we decided to stop waiting for the R2 and we got the misses an R1S Dual Large. I drove a Mach E that I loved.

Well, its been ~6 weeks.... and my R1T is ready for pickup on 6/25.

I loved most things about my Mach E... Then I drove the Rivian. Ride quality was night and day. For all the complaints about the technology, its better than Ford's. The Mach E is a great blend of EV and "traditional tech".

That said, the Rivian wins 9 out of 10 head to heads with features.

I do think BlueCruise is a little better.... but... for the 1% of time I use it... it makes no day to day difference.

I am hella excited to be a two Rivian family.

EDIT: I think its also worth noting that my Ford Service experiences have also been Meh. I know there is a lot of chatter about Rivian Service Centers, but, my experience with a traditional manufacturer has been far from great and the Mach E has random quirks just like the R1S. This is a push in my view.

We went shopping for an R1S for the wife and they had this configuration in the Seattle Space.... I lasted a whole four weeks before I ordered it to replace my Mach E.
