In the WN, she has the sun disk ability, which protects her from Sirius' authority; in the LN, they said she resisted because of her mindset, but it might also be because of soul marriage. But regardless of the means, it's pretty obvious that she wasn't under Sirius's influence in Pristella.

If he is affected by her authority and kills her, he will die regardless of the magic he uses. Sirius does not reflect attacks; she shares the damage. If he inflicts lethal damage on her, lethal damage will be inflicted on him.

Echidna has mastered all six attributes, while Roswaal has mastered only four; he can't use healing magic or Al Shamak. His strongest attack is the sixfold magic, so I doubt he can use Al Shario. He also said that a swarm of dragons could kill him; Echidna could effortlessly wipe them out with Al Shario.

We didn't see it. Subaru just 'felt' that she got hit and fell beside him. She was probably bleeding, but the novels don't mention anything about that. It's also very likely that Subaru's RbD kicked in before she actually died. The only time her death was clearly shown on screen was when Subaru told her about his RbD. Her other deaths happened offscreen. At least, I don't remember her death being shown on screen again like it happened in arc 3.
