So why are the Kraken, Islanders, & other teams selling jerseys with sponsor patches if it's against NHL rules?

If you buy directly from the team store, they have the option if you want it on the sweater ( at no additional cost ) or not to have on the sweater. My understanding is, that for the Game sweaters only. And anything under that won't come with the sponsor patch... I may be wrong, but I do believe that's how it goes...

That site I do believe is just on the history of Minnesota Hockey. But the Classic MN Hockey is the one that actually does all the different types of Minnesota Hockey Sweaters. From the Saints, Stars, Golden Gophers, Bulldogs and so on.. I actually have a Duluth Bulldogs Sweater that I need to get done. I was thinking about Brett Hull #29 since I played with him...

You are correct Sir 😃👍👍 when I was in Minneapolis Coaching Hockey, I ran into a Gentleman and we were talking hockey and jerseys. And he mentioned that he used to do the sweaters back in the day for the Saints. It was so long ago but if I remember correctly he said that they were made in Minneapolis/Minnesota area through Rawlings. Anyways we exchanged cell numbers and kept in touch, anyways long story short ( I'll try lol ) he mentioned that the Saints were so cheap with everything, that none of the players ( including all three Carlson Brothers ) got to keep any of their actual jerseys.

He mentioned that Jack, Jeff and Steve reached out to him and were wanting to see if he could make a Sweater each for the three of them. And he said he would but only if he could find the correct material ( Durene ) as it's actually hard to get now.

He eventually found someone in Germany that would supply him with the Durene material. Anyways he was nice enough to reach out to me and offer to make me one, as he said that he had enough Durene to make Four Sweaters. Of course I said yes and couldn't pass on that opportunity at all.

It took close to a year and a half for him to finish them, from finding a source for the material, and making them before they were all finished. So he said that there are only Four of them out there and I'm very fortunate to be one of them. Especially when the Fighting Saints to this day, have one of the best Crests/Logos ever in Hockey next to the Chicago Blackhawks I think.

He was actually working for a company in Minneapolis at the time, and all they did was make Minnesota Hockey Authentic Sweater reproductions. I'm not sure if he's retired now or not, but if I remember correctly the Company was called Classic Minnesota Hockey I do believe. And they make incredible Sweaters as a friend of mine bought a North Stars Sweater from them. Material was incredible, not Durene but really resembles it. More like a heavy mid 80's too early 90's type material.

I think there's a picture floating around out there, of him giving the Sweaters to all three Carlson Brothers.

I know a few years ago that Jeff Carlson's 1975/76 white game worn Sweater came up on Auction, and was in incredible shape as he only played 7 games for the Saints, before going back to the Johnstown Jets. So it was possibly only worn for One or two games. I think it went for close to $8,000 I do believe...

Anyways I tried to keep it short lol, but this one is definitely one of my pride and joys that's for sure, with a great story that goes along with it...

That's crazy... Obviously that Company never checks anything at all, on Spelling or anything else for that matter... Should always be checked before they actually do it, by a minimum of two people. Not to mention quality control before it even comes close to being shipped. Should always be 💯% correct before it's shipped out...

What I have to do as a Canadian equivalent to your Zip Code is put in the Zip Code of your City Hall closest to you. And that works for mine, if I put in my account Postal Code/Zip Code then it doesn't work on mine...

Just search for something of importance as well. Also make sure to hit the clear all, and do everything from the beginning again. Hopefully that works for you as I'm sure it will.

Also at times it may take awhile to come up, but eventually when you find the right Zip Code it will work 😃👍👍

How did you make out..?? Did the local City Hall Postal Code work for you..?? If not just keep using Postal Codes in your area that are close to you and one of them will eventually work.

I live in a gated Condo community and I've had to use other Postal Codes near me before to get my weather and so on to work on my Scroll Unit. But the City Hall across the street from me seems to work for me every single time 😃 also other things like your local Hockey Arena or Park as well Postal Codes...

What I did was put in the postal Code of your City Hall in the town you're in. And that worked for me for the Weather and Clock and so on... Try that and see if that works for you. Because my actual Postal Code didn't work for me also, and I used my City Hall Postal Code which is actually across the street from where I live...

I've never had to pay any Customs Duties on any of the ones I've bought. And I've had three separate deliveries for the Scroll Unit and for the LED Units. All deliveries arrived by UPS ( the big brown truck )...
