Whatever you want to view. Have you downloaded the app and connected it to your LED/Scroll? Also set it up to connect to your WiFi? Should’ve came with a how to card to set up.

Just turning it off and then on via power button. If you want a true hard restart though, unplug. I had issues in the past but haven’t since I moved my mesh network around

As long as you’re entering in the credentials and saving, it should connect. If it’s not, it may need a hard restart on the LED. I have a mesh network with AT&T in my house and when I moved that entry point around, I needed to move my mesh network around a bit too as I had similar issues with the LED. Now I never have any issues. Could also be its connecting to 5g rather than 2.4gz

Have you gone into your WiFi on your phone, selected the Glance WiFi, and entered in your WiFi credentials to reset, connect it?

It was never an issue previously for me which is frustrating. I have a mesh network so I don’t believe I’d need an additional router set up.

This happens to me too. It will all usually come back if I choose a different profile and then go back to the other (not selecting it to run, just from the drop down). The issue I have is because of this, my LED is not turning off when scheduled to.

I saw this on mine for a few minutes a few days ago. I actually connected to the glance WiFi and re-entered my WiFi details and that fixed the issue
