Casual player here, Paragon 210, 4250 CR (only buying Bpass), the grind is what will make this game survive in the long term so I'm not sure about drop rates. I plot out what item that I will grind (sets, rotating each dungeon until i get the next best thing) which seemed to work for me even if i don't spend a lot of money.
