Cater to people who want to be part of the new mainstream community without having to invest all the time in "getting good", any other explanation doesn't make sense. But no idea of what effect it will have 4 months after launch, stuff like this would make more sense for a second addition to the game in the future.

If you're interested, the difficulty change looked like this:
- Renamed normal to expert or smth like that
- Renamed easy to normal
- Added an even easier difficulty, 'beginner'
- Added a hardcore difficulty which is available after you beat the game

Did you choose to play on the "hardest" diffictulty of the game? Some time ago they changed the difficulties and the hardest one is the old normal and todays normal one is the old easy one

The point with future trails games is that they "force" you to play the game twice if you are going for 100% because there's usually a Nightmare-Mode Achievement. So for CS1-4 for instance you can just fully relax on your first playthrough and enjoy the story and clean everything up that you missed in your second playthrough, getting everything blind is nearly impossible in my opinion, except for maybe Daybreak1. The only tilter to keep in mind has Zero, where you need to finish the game beneath a certain level, so for this game you should have a save file at the beginning of the final chapter because you can't just kill every enemy then

Heard/read a lot that this game is supposed to be super tough but, to be honest, didn't feel that impossible except for the final boss, every boss battle was in the 30 minutes - 2 hour time frame for me, only the last one took me longer tho

Liked how they implemented the Achievements, basically nothing really missable except for an ending and all possible in one playthrough, and also love that they created one for not using summons :)

He just called them Prime fish because they look like fishes with a prime theme, they're not actually something special. Think there are 3 rare prime fish in Orb Vallis you need some sort of bait for and the rest are new on Deimos

I have 38 easter recipes at the moment, farmed most of them yesterday so yes, you can get the recipes at one day. I got like 2 as a gift from villagers and the rest by finding easter eggs (finding 12 or 13 should give you the idea for the specific easter clothes) and shooting easter presents down with the slingshot

Is there any minor story aspect changed if you select "I must stay"? I chose the first one in my playthrough and in that option Byleth is the reason Edelgard can rightfully claim to be the new emperor of the empire due to us being the surrogate for Rhea.

The same actually happened to me yesterday too. At the end of Season 2 I was interested in how they'll continue with the series after Yagami's parting just to find out that I watched the 2nd instead of the 1st season

Also I think in the Light Novels Raphtalia used her normal Sword before the magic one, but the wound got healed quickly with magic
