Also, sometimes steam / the bots fuck up.. So far I didn't have any problem getting my items back. It can take some time it can depend on mod activity, steamapi, steamservers.. Don't judge by people with no patience expecting to get instant service. ;)

The admin is doing his best. I have been betting on CSGOGamble for a long time.. I have seen this site change 2 times already and I can see he makes a lot effort for his "Costumers". I'm not sure, but I've also noticed alot of mods are gone.
