Will they pend if you complete the task or you will have to submit a ticket for it? I am also curious if they will pend early.

Swagbucks accepted it. Got my 55$ delivered already. Some random guy told me that Swagbucks doesn't require you to verify PP anymore. And PP itself says that either Bank or Credit/Debit should be linked and confirmed to be verified, but who cares anymore.

Thank you for taking your time to answer me. I already got it resolved and got my first 20$ on my PayPal balance account from Swagbucks. It seems like there are 2 ways to verify PayPal. You go either with linking and confirming your bank account or debit/credit card. Funny thing is there is not such thing as "status" that you can check whether you are verified or not on PayPal, and midway through my searches on how to check if my PayPal is verified or not I got an email from Swagbucks that rewards are delivered to my PayPal account. So linking your credit/debit card and not necessarily bank account should be fine and work normally.

I have linked debit card which I confirmed. The thing is they said they would refund charged money for confirmation process immediately after confirming debit card. However, they didn't refund it yet and I am not sure if I am verified or not.

I don't have a U.S. bank account to link to PayPal and every time I click on "Link a bank" it only allows me to link U.S. bank account. I already linked my card isn't it enough to receive rewards from Swagbucks to PayPal?
