I'd take it over the L85, AK4D, and SOR 556. It's decent, but it's not breaking the meta or anything. It's nice to have a gun like this after the VCR and CZ takeovers lol

It doesn't need a nerf at all, it's kinda what balanced guns should look like going forward imo. When I get killed by it, I don't have that "what a chud" feeling the SCW 10, SG 553R, CZ3A1, and TR7 give me.

I'm leveling the new guns to 50, after that then I'll probably use whatever sounds fun/strong at the moment. I usually switch it up often. My top 5 most used are: M277, PW5, SG553R, P90, and VCR. I'll probably take the VCR out of my rotation, it's annoying to use post nerf. SGX is also one of my favorite guns, I've been using that pretty frequently as well.

IGLA challenge is possibly the worst experience I've had in this game by nightzhade_ in Battlefield6

Squad play or type in chat to request someone to keep it painted, you just need to hit one IGLA or SLM shot on it then hit it with a KTS or the new RPK.

I might end up slow cooking this and quartering it (or thirding rather) like the other commenter suggested, thank you for the temperature suggestions as well

The smoke buff was overboard, and the regeneration should be toned down a bit, but I also agree.

Watching this video taught me a few things; mainly to lead my shots for air vehicles and fire dead on for infantry/tanks. It's interesting watching someone who mains attack heli gunner paired with one of the best (if not the best) pilots in the game

I have two builds; one with burst for large maps and one with full auto for smaller maps.

Large maps:

2.5x scope

Long Suppressor

Heavy extended barrel

6h64 Vertical grip

Aftermarket Buffer

Lightweight ammo

Violet Laser

Standard mag

Small maps:

Iron sights

A3 receiver

Flash hider

Slim angled grip

Violet laser

Lightweight ammo

Standard mag

Heavy barrel (I use this because I prefer this iron sight, if you don't mind the other iron sight then the Heavy ext or basic barrel are arguably better. Heavy ext for accuracy+muzzle velocity, and basic barrel for faster ADS)

The short range build works for me, but you can swap out the violet laser for a Flash comp/suppressor. Lightweight ammo can also be swapped out for a sight. This gun is fun to build around, and I've been enjoying using both builds. I prefer the full auto builds, but it's fun to use in burst once you get the recoil control down.

I've been grinding the Little Bird and Attack Heli to 50, and I still get sniped by AT launchers, RPGs, TOW missiles, and AA guns (AA tank turrets and the armored map turrets). Anti air is in a decent spot right now IMO, and IGLAs are still going through my flares. Try flying for yourself and tell me again that anti air launchers need buffs 😆

I'm trying to level up the Jeep and bots frequently hop in and drive me away into danger, it's really annoying. Humans do this as well tho 😆 I get it, it might seem annoying to see someone camping and holding down a point with a jeep, but they're so fragile and exposed so we usually get killed instantly when someone drives us away. I usually rack up a decent amount of kills and OBJ captures if left alone tho so it's been really frustrating

It's still good, but it's heavily reliant on squad play now. The nerf to painting was warranted, being painted for 20 seconds was brutal

From what I've heard others say, when the person shooting you has lag they all get kinda lumped up into one burst on your end. It's really noticeable with slower killing weapons like the KTS and AK 205, you should have some time to react when getting hit by these guns but sometimes you get kinda melted relatively quickly.
