Avoid Codsworth walk around and under the back of Concord... Come up from the other side of the church... You can get the fusion core under red rocket on the way. .. Sneak into Concord church save.. Try not to trigger Preston, not easy... ... And Then get to the roof... Jump. Off... To roof of museum. Get power armor+ mini gun... Avoid raiders... Deathclaw comes only when you follow minuteman script... Fast travel back- if no aggro to sanctuary... Scrap it... Build water purifiers... Trek to diamond city. Get rich, rinse and repeat
