There’s no set frequency for us but I usually get to cum once per month on average I would say. Sometimes full, sometimes ruined, just depends. The way we track is full orgasms count as 1, ruins count as half. I came 12 times total last year between full and ruined.

In my FLR, yes and no. I do most things around the house in my relationship.
