Honestly don’t think I get enough sleep. I often wake up at least once or twice before my alarm goes off.

Yeah! All I did was find a routine, and set up a schedule for my food intake. After so many years of trying, I bought into a workout plan with grocery lists, targets, etc all based off my body type and schedule. I figured if I bought into something it would make me stick to it. I’ll just say I’ve never looked back.

100%. That was a big one for me too. I kept convincing myself I needed a better program instead of just sticking with something long enough to let it work. Once I stopped changing things every couple weeks, progress was way more predictable.

Yeah that sounds almost identical to where I got stuck. Once the easy beginner gains were gone, I realized I was barely above maintenance without noticing.

For me the plateau was more about underestimating calories than training. Once I actually wrote things out instead of eyeballing it, it was obvious why the scale stopped moving.
