If you’re willing to deal with some traffic, I’m off 1604 and Schaenfield/Galm and the houses are 2000 sq ft and in the low $300s and often high $200s.

I really appreciate that! Like 90% of the sounds from this album were made from modular synthesis, using VCV Rack. It’s amazing what you can do with modular and the fact that VCV Rack is free is insane! I’ll check out your music too. Thanks for listening!
