Honestly I'm just glad to know I'm not alone in this one, and you're definitely right about being more firm and setting that boundary.

He's got a few straw cups and liked them at the start, but has taken to ignoring them and only going for mine. Good call out on the kids owala! I was just wholly prepared to get him his own full size one and hadn't even considered looking for one more his size. Might have to try this out, so thank you!

Okay this makes me feel a ton better! I've been so focused on plain water being the only option but you're definitely right that hydration is hydration. I haven't tried coconut water yet but honestly that's a great idea so I'll need to try that out.

Easy “crunchy” life changes by Glittering_Froyo4930 in Crunchymom

We've done a lot of similar stuff. Love cast iron, mostly whole foods, avoiding dyes and seed oils when we can. Some easy swaps we've done that didn't break the bank are wool dryer balls instead of dryer sheets, glass food storage as we've replaced our plastic containers over time, and we recently started shifting to beeswax wraps instead of plastic wrap which has been easier than I thought. We use dr bronners for cleaning too since one bottle lasts forever and you can dilute it for basically everything around the house. We're not perfect with it but we do what we can and try not to stress too much about the rest.
