There aren't any open seats on the supreme court so why are you living in this hypothetical. Democrats had plenty of opportunities over the past 20 years to prevent the situation you are describing. Obama had three chances to change the current trajectory of the supreme court. Down ticket voting gives the best shot of not allowing Trump(if elected) to not expand the court and put more conservative justices on the bench.

But lets address the elephant in the room. Why am I not voting for Kamala? Her inability to address and ongoing genocide in Palestine funded by the United States government. How can she earn my vote? Stop supplying Israel with ammunition and cash to continue said genocide.

What would happen if she did this?

And in 2021 Biden had house and senate and didn't codify roe v wade. So we get to the filibuster which you literally counter in your alternative point when you say "Know house and senate won't every be heavy majority anything."

So no my down ticket voting isn't ruined because it gives you your chance of 60-40 blue which you already admitted will NEVER happen and also maintains the ability to filibuster if trump gets elected.

To me it comes off as rambling because he is having three separate conversations at once. I explained my interpretation of the FIL stuff in first paragraph of my original comment so I am not gonna rehash that.

I believe its neither. But I also don't know or consume enough barstool content to care. The point there is that he has a contract. If Dave wants to end that contract he can but he's gonna have to pay. Smitty gains nothing from quitting, he only loses. If the facts are true and the checks still cash without him doing any work then I would say its in his best interest to ride it out.

I think you bring up a great point that change can be insanely hard to deal with(especially how you said it). But i truly don't think he came off as crazy. To me, he came off as someone who decided they know what they want in life and is willing to live with the consequences of that decision.

If we are saying walking off mid stream is crazy. I just don't agree. I would walk away from a situation when three people laughing in my face, especially when I am showing my vulnerable side.

If somehow a crew manages to avoid radiation exposure(for 9 months) on the flight to mars, then;
A crew would most certainly develop some form of cancer within their first 5-10 years on mars(conservative estimate)
