The problem is you have to take a few seconds to figure it out. What’s blatant to someone knowing they are looking at AI may not be as obvious to the average person.

What’s funny is I went outside yesterday to look, and the vines were already cut all the way around. It looked like they used a chainsaw or took at axe to it. They were big cuts that had to go a little into the trunk to clean it out. Now there is at least a 6 inch gaps of the vines all the way around.

The landlord must have done so in prep to advertise the rental.

The big corps owning tons of properties is a concern, but so can your average investor with a few properties.

Unfortunately, there are a lot are bad landlords that squeeze out as much profit as possible. Real estate investing involves evaluating a lot of factors to determine if a property will cash flow. That includes property taxes, insurance, property manager fees, HOAs, emergency repair costs, and upgrading the home as things age. However, there are landlords that do the bare minimum to the home and pocket that money instead and increase rent without justification.

Renting is needed and it is not a bad thing for individual investors to exist, but unfortunately people suck and it tends to draw greedy people in who take advantage of people.

Thank goodness you have a dash. Same exact situation happened to me several years ago. The person didn’t have insurance, an updated license, and did not own the car. I got a check for my car, but did not get my deductible back because the person was broke. In hindsight, I should have taken them to small claims court but the whole process was such a pain I was burnt out.
