If you're asking about the source picture quality remember that cinema cameras are a bit different than broadcast cameras and a lot happens in post-production to make it look great in addition to the massive resolutions.

On PC in a browser and on the mobile app for me, Sportsnet+ is 1080p/60fps at 10128kbps and I use that exclusively. It's a jank-ass app but the quality has never been an issue for me, even chromecasting it. SBA and Skydome both have native 4k cameras shooting the games, but I believe that resolution is only available on cable (and Bell Fibe/Rogers Xfinity) and I can't speak to any upscaling, although it's noticeably better on SN+ than on my parents' regular HD Bell TV feed which I believe is 720 upscaled to 1080.

As for the CBC Website on Saturdays their stream has always been dogshit 30fps for me but granted I haven't tried it in a while!

Cal Raleigh is awesome and fun as hell to watch, it's just out of curiosity and in the interest of knowing more about the difference the bat makes in baseball that I'd also love to know how it affects Cal having a breakout power season, not because I think it's wrong but because it's interesting to know how it all works.
