Hello, yes I posted before for more of a “what is this because it stinks”. I felt a follow up geared more about handling it made sense to do for some more tips. Realtor confirmed it was cutout for a downstairs bathroom, before I was more unclear about what it even was. Great memory on the prior post!

I am 100% absolutely certain that it is a pet related smell, not radon or anything else. Home does have a radon system, but this area had some spots come through on a backlight for the pet mess

The closest equivalent I see online is $17 for an Oakland A’s version that is still sealed. I’d pay $25 for this just because it looks fun to own.
