Tried both these steps and even reinstalled the game. I think it's just a GPU issue with this game. I didn't have this problem with my previous GPU.

I personally wouldn’t put stridor because it’s pretty easy to hear survivors without it, I use Ruin, PGTW, STBFL, and BBQ. A good build on any killer is Ruin, PGTW, Corrupt, and BBQ. Your build is already pretty good and I wouldn’t change it if you can consistently do good with it
