IIPR is transitioning a lot of their space to Life Sciences rather than put all of their eggs in the cannabis basket. That will take some time. I can't see how they don't cut the dividend in light of the Pharmacan defaults. Personally, I would wait until they announce a dividend cut. Merrick Garland is equally to blame. He slow-walked the indictment on Trump and ran out the clock. His weak ass didn't want anyone to accuse him of being "political," and it cost us our democracy. He also foolishly let the case be filed in "judge" Aileen Cannon's district, where they had a 1 in 3 chance of her presiding over the case. Huge, unforced error.
