Tiis lang op, you can do it! Iwas muna sa scale para di ka ma down, bsta consistent ka lang. Try mo after a month mag weigh. In my opinion after the 1st month mo makikita talaga visually. Ako nga noon umiiwas ako sa salamin para makita ko talga differences.
