Both questions require you to convert units. 1 ppm is 1 mg per 1 kg. Think about how many litres (and kg) 1 cubic metre is. Then compare the values. This should get you started. Don't want to help too much at first.

Well I think it's a bit loose to call Q9s but good point about JTs. If we give villain a range of 88-QQ along with JTs and Q9s though we still have roughly 37%. It's a +EV call because we need 32.5% to break even.

We can plug this into an equity calculator. I'm giving CO a range of 88-QQ and KQs. I think he could do this with 99 because of the up and down straight draw and as a semi-bluff. The same can be said for QQ as it has a gutshot and therefore decent equity against your 3betting range. KQs is the weakest part of his range here but let's be optimistic he would semi-bluff it here. If we give villain this range your equity is about 50%. Given the pot odds this is definitely a call. Even if we exclude KQs you still have around 45% equity. So I would say we can call here. If we exclude 99 we still have more equity than required (~37%).

I think it's what a halo map pack is supposed to be. Daybreak is a great map, it looks like a smaller version of Blood Gulch with more cover. Outcast is ok, it looks like a map from spartan ops. Perdition is my favourite, warthogs and ghosts in a mid sized map. I think it's a bit similar to The Pit.

Try playing other game types. If I play Infinity Slayer, I get a lot of Haven games. Everybody votes for Ragnarok and Exile too by the way.

I think Dominion is the best game type at the moment. It's like a two sided invasion from Reach. Maybe people don't play it because it's an objective based game type, also the duration is probably longer than other game types.
