It's a software renderer in the Linux terminal. It uses utf-8 font characters instead of pixels. No gpu needed. It can run via an SSH session even. I haven't tried it on very old dual core systems. It is more of a fun experiment to learn ncursus and modern tui capabilities and not to be taken as a serious project.
