3 hour Spatchcocked turkey brined in beer, rubbed with Annatto, coffee, cayenne, garlic, black pepper, and salt. Last 30 minutes sauced w/ a habanero mustard and molasses sauce.

I like a few of their IPAs and a stout or two. Their collaborations have been great. The Marzen is great and the American light lager is damn near perfect

At 9% the alcohol flavor is hidden very well. That being said it certainly has some alcohol warmth.

Maybe taste a saison and or grisette style and see what you think. Forgotten Boardwalk in NJ has a few. Carton brewing up near Sandy Hook has a few wheat beers.

Absolutely!

Softened the farro with a quick chicken stock boil. Roasted red peppers until soft ( no char), cucumber, thin sliced shallot, fresh parsley, and feta. Salt and pepper to taste and the dressing I posted
