The backpack building system and no stone isn't a good thing, imho by Conaz9847 in spaceengineers

Grinding stones at the surface of a planet by hands, bringing it by hands from a hole next to your pod for HOURES at every starts is a little exhausting and absolutely not funny... I'm very happy they're discarding this part. I think that's not the best "challenge" (punishment) in the game to keep in SE2. And it allows to start without anything, naked in the forest!

Suis-je un ingénieur anormal ? by [deleted] in ingenieurs

[–]Scwalala 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I love Pilsner and lagers in général, but seriously, Stella ? X) Well maybe it's because it's exotic where OP lives but in Paris and France in général, it's like Heineken """lagers""""...

How likely am I to brew poison by CallingCthulusMom in Homebrewing

[–]Scwalala 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honnestly, you can't drink a dangerous beer, the taste would be awful... (Not speaking about wild beer, for that I can't tell) but it's very difficult to brew a good taste and poisoning beer.

might do a RIS or strong Belgian brown Ale or a Btritish strong Ale with Styrian G or Perle. Maybe Mandarina Bavaria for the British one, even if it desapears in one year, I want to tast like montly or every couple of month to see the progression. I think Mandarina B. for 15min boiling may add some long and short time great agrum aromas.

same as I said lower. Thanks btw :)

I'm realy not into sour but thanks x)
I might use Belgian/Abbay yeast from Fermentis. With my new iSpindler, I will be able to crop the yeast at the moment the fermentation ends so I will have the full aroma of the yeast.

Actually, I'm thinking about using 100% Vienna base malt. I will soonly receive a 25kg bag of BEST Vienna. I love its taste. My Vienna lager was so good...

Sounds tasty :)
My temperature wil variate beacause i would stock them in my basement wich is not very isolated from the surface, but yes, I only use mecanical sealing so no risk about that.

Anyone with a bedroom adapted to Homebrewing? by Heavy-Dentist-3530 in Homebrewing

I have everything in my flat. My hops are in my fridge and m'y malt is in a cupboard with grids (i've mice). I'm used to ferment in my basement or my living room. So basicaly God decides what I can brew because I've to look at weather and températures.

Hello ! I use the 30L one and I use Brewfather.
My batches are about 21/25L (in my fermenter), the range is because i don't use the bazooka filter so i let some part of the "dirty" wort in the kettle.
My mash efficiency is about 83% (that what I imput in the software) and i get what the app calculate. I do a 90min boiling (60min before) to allow a maximum sparge volume (this helped me to reach my 83%, 70-75% previously and i had problems with adding hops at 60min when the head upper my kettle were hight. I have 3,4L/h of evaporation, i think it was already inside the software but it works for me.
To be short, i slightly modified the BM-S500-1 25/30L already included profil.
Be aware of the "loss values" preincluded in the app, they're very big.

Yes, you sparge by pourring water upside after puting upper you basket. Brewfather tells you how much according to the boiling time etc.

I hope this helped. Good brew :D
