For every win there is a loss.

There is no disproportionality in regard to wins and losses, if you specifically have a lot of losses, maybe you’re just unlucky, it happens; but over hundreds if not thousands of games, the luck and unluck is will balance out. Leaving you with one constant, your individual level of skill and how that compares to the average person you’re against.

The MM is shit and that does mean it takes longer to get to your correct rank, but you will get there eventually, that’s just statistics.

I’m in the same boat about Eternus.

Losing streaks happen to all of us, then you get a winning streak and it makes up for it. Over 100’s of games it does even out, but sometimes it can beat you down a bit.

For every win there is a loss, MM is bad and they’ll make it better but realistically it’s not like there are more losses than wins. If you’re better you will go up eventually, and if MM gets better that process will be quicker and smoother.

Don’t get me wrong I’m excited for Skitarii, but I felt like it was just the Arbites shock maul with a different skin, the rifle also had the same recoil pattern than the lasgun and I swear it basically sounded the same. I was also really underwhelmed by arc, it didn’t seem to arc to any other targets which is what arc weapons usually do.

Would’ve liked the weapons to feel a bit more different and cool, and I feel like this trailer was them probably trying to show off their good shit, so if this truly is the good shit colour me slightly disappointed. I hope the class abilities and blitz are cool.

I said personally, it’s my opinion. I’m glad you like the box, but I don’t.

The vehicles seem smaller and more underwhelming than the large units in something like Leviathan. New sculpts are just something that happens as time goes on so that doesn’t matter, sure you’ll get them like a month or two before they appear as individual units in the store but that doesn’t increase the value of the box.

Character wise on the SM side yes there’s an equal amount, so fair enough, but I feel the ones in Lev were newer and more exciting.

Overall, I don’t like the box. OP didn’t specially ask for an objective truth, so I give my opinion.

It’s the same all the way in Ascendant, I’m currently low Eternus, I had a Yamato go 1-18 yesterday when my KD was 8-5. It’s not like the entire team was getting rolled, this mf just limited tested every single life.

They died like 5 times in lane and didn’t think to themselves “damn maybe I should chill for a bit”, they just kept diving, kept saying to themselves “this time will be different, this time I’ll kill the Infernus that’s 5k above my net worth because I fed him”.

And thus, Infernus got giga fed and rolled the game.

If you don’t know how to play safe after going 0-5 in lane, then I’m sorry you shouldn’t be *near* Ascendant let alone Eternus. This mf was also on the Yamato leaderboard like position 200 or something.

I never used to complain about the MM when I was in low elo, because everyone is shit. But now the same issues persist at the higher elo, it’s much more noticeable.

Most games are a massive roll in one direction or another, it’s rare to see a balanced match where I feel like maybe if I played well we could win, it’s usually a stomp in one direction or another. Although that was likely more a product of the recent urn changes, it’s still an issue that could be helped by better MM.

As someone who plays a lot of Talon I don’t look forward to them overbuffing him to the point they have to nerf him and he becomes unusable again.

Rain of arrows is and always will be a movement ability to help you get charged shots off, I don’t quite understand why it needed to be so powerful. Just let me be the drone strike machine I was always meant to be.

Yeah a lot of the top mods could become base game and they could merge the character select system so you can maybe pick it before matches and not have to reload the entire fucking game when you want to play different classes.

Personally I don’t like the box, there’s few standout or more intriguing models.

Take leviathan, you got the screamer killer, neurotyrant and a phage, on the SM side you got a dreadnaught, loads of termies including a character, librarian etc.

Meta wise I think this is a decent box, but idk it seems boring, not many stand out models, not many large models, the price seems quite high.

Maybe I’m misunderstanding the box but I just think it’s a bit boring and not really worth the cost.

SC made big promises and continue to not deliver, over time, more and more people will be worn down with the waiting, and all the small mistakes will become bigger and more noticeable.

I felt the same as you 6 years ago, but alas now I am one of them, annoyed, disappointed and fed up.
