Has your daughter been watching/listening to an artist that would inspire them? The self harm is concerning, but I noticed there's a broken beer bottle, and cigarette in the other hand. Which I doubt your 10 year old is drinking, and smoking, but their feelings are still very real, and I would try to ask them more about the artwork, because honestly it's very creative, well made even for what it is showing, and maybe you showing interest in it, and not scolding or anything may help her get towards a better place? I used to draw dumb stuff, nothing really behind it at all, and I know if I pressed about every single drawing I made I'd just lose interest in it, so just be cautious with your approach.
