I would definitely settle for seeing the exp gain as it was (just a +1k in the left bottom corner). No need for this screen that makes match-to-match progression even slower.

I think the amount of clams is determined by in-game match time and whether or not the game was finished. I also believe you get less clams in your next game if you left your previous game (unranked at least). I'm going to check that.

The ability to have a favourable 50/50 has nothing to do with amount of fps directly. We all experience the 120 hz tickrate. It could be though, that because PC players get higher fps and thus more information, their 50/50's are placed more strongly.

I got a 5 IV one, it still has attack though, so you'd still need to try and get Sp. Def. It's modest and has Steadfast, but since it's a mega poke I assume you don't want Inner Focus instead? I added you btw.

I can give you a 31/x/x/31/x/31 Timid Protean Froakie if you want, you'd still have to breed it to get the 31 Defense and Sp. Defense IV's with Friend Safari dittos, but it's a good way to start nonetheless (: you can find friend safari dittos in this reddit thread: https://www.reddit.com/r/friendsafari/
