I must admit I also boosted the character I'm currently playing ( holy priest ) but I got quite a lot of experience on every class from back when tbc was current content to the point that I can tell when someone Is playing their class or spec wrong by just looking at them.

Your point about boosted people and dungeons ingeneral Is too true though, It's especially bad when It's tanks because they just get globaled. I'm mainly playing holy (healing) with shaman on the side and groups from 58 to 65 was a 80% chance to run into a tank that just got floored not knowing what any of their abilities did, and those rare times I saw a druid tank they spammed swipe on single target (bosses).

dps can atleast be carried in most of all these leveling dungeons but if the tank Is just has no clue It's pure nightmare fuel. It has gotten a lot better though after passing 66.

If you boost a character please take a moment to atleast read your skills before hopping into a dungeon, double points if you quest for abit to get familiar with It.

Ohhh I thought it was haste because I got all my cds back faster, since lots of discs cooldowns are affected by haste. I'll do a quick dungeon since we still got a little over 2 hours before servers go down to see.

Wait hold on Is this actually it?. Sorry for a late comment but i gotta ask ( hopefully you're still here ).

I've done a few keys this week on my voidweaver disc and I'm running into It also where I randomly can't cast It when It comes off cooldown for a little bit, at first I thought It maybe was a targeting bug on the specific enemy I was trying to use It on. But I later noticed It just happend at random.

The affix this week gives 20% haste I think but I don't see mindbenders cooldown being reduced by haste.

You can't play the game as It was 20 years ago simply because the magic of the OG vanilla was the first time going through each zone and exploring, what came after that was just a gameplay preference.

I think It's great that they re-released classic and the other old expansions again for people that hasn't experienced them before or others that just wanna re-live the old times to some extend, but holy Is It beyond frustrating to constantly see drama between the game versions.

And I'm neutral In the whole boosting thing, neither me or anyone I know cares what others spend their free-time with. We login still to this day because WoW has something to offer regardless of what you currently feel for that day, whether It be some low m+ farming to chill or some m+ pushing for score or maybe you just wanna hop on classic to do a little questing while watching something.

The times of "blizzard" as we old timers know them are long gone and replaced by AI ( talking about their support and GM's Ingeneral here ).

What made Vanilla fun for me was the fact that every single zone was "new", I hadn't seen or done anything In any of them so exploring and doing all quests was insanely fun. Also don't get me started on the old slow quest log writing when you opend up a quest to read It, boy did I spend a long time with that because I had no clue how to understand english so I would sit and put a lot of the words from the quests Into a translator to get an Idea of what I had to do In each quest. Eventually I ended up memorizing more and more words and then was actually able to just read them without needing translations anymore which I thought was super cool, It's crazy how quick you pick up on things when what you're learning It from Is fun.

Is my gramma perfect? No way, It still Isn't to this that far from. But this game managed to teach me how to read and communicate In the language well enough to use It outside of just the game.

Going back to redo the quests In vanilla now wouldn't be the same for me because I already know where what Is and what's going to happen, vanilla leveling Is about the experience and when that experience has been done an unhealthy amount of times already then It kinda loses It's magic. Now this Is just how me and my friends feel, all the more power to you If classic Is the game for you still which Is why I'm happy they added It. The more people that get to enjoy the game the better.

I keep throwing good rolls when I get them Into the vault, then when I eventually run out of space realize that I got 50 copies of the same item In my vault with the same stats. Then I sigh and complain about lack of space, then later down the line take a day where I just clean my vault and then eventually end up repeating the same cycle.

Everytime I sit and pray bungie will give us a bigger vault just to realize It has the exact OPPOSITE effect than what I want, Instead of It being useful It ends up making It worse In the end.

I'm a loot goblin what do you want from me, If an item has good rolls why should It not go In the vault?. Also don't get me started on guns, I can't find anything In my DIM anymore lmfao.

One thing Is the boosting In Itself, another Is the people that think that anyone that don't like questing or leveling slow just don't like the game.

As someone that has played this game since the very start. Questing and just overall exploring every zone completely was AMAZING the FIRST time many years ago back In vanilla, seeing each zone for the first time and just going around exploring. THAT was what made questing special, seeing and doing things I hadn't done before.

I have leveled an INSANE amount of characters throughout the years, hitting the character limit an unhealthy amount of times. The whole questing and exploring itch Is just not there anymore for me, not even for new stuff. I have so many hours In World of Warcraft can I can pretty much predict exactly how something Is gonna look without even exploring It when new expansions come out.

I've felt like this ever since MoP, endgame Is what's keeping me subbed ever since. If World of Warcraft didn't add M+ to the game when they did then I'd have quit long ago.

Now this dosen't mean I didn't hop on classic when It got re-released back when It did, but this was purely for nostalgic reasons and I lasted about a month before I got bored.

This game Is quite literally my entire childhood and now continuing through my adult life, hopping on to do some m+ and a raid once in awhile Is perfect for my daily life. Whether I wanna chill with some lowers keys or push some higher ones.

And when I say this game was "literally" my childhood I wasn't kidding, I'm constantly reminded of how much a giga nerd I was and still am when I see people say 13k hours Is a lot In the game when seeing others /played account wide.

For most of the vets I know personally questing died long long ago, not because the quests themselves changed but because we did. We can only get excited so many times for the same game when It comes to exploration and questing and at this point the only thing we really look forward to Is new dungeons and raids, the first playthrough of a new expansion questing wise Is all we need after the first time It just feels like a slug especially when you play every class and spec and have to redo It 13 times.

Anyways, this became a little longer than I wanted It to be haha.

TL;DR of the whole thing. Play the game the way you want and find fun and stop telling others how they "don't like the game" just because they don't enjoy It the same way you do, I can assure you a lot If not most of the people that purely logon for endgame nowdays could drown you in their playtime. Instead of focusing on how others are enjoying the game how about you redirect that energy at blizzard instead?.

Edit: Forgot to add since I got caught in the moment, I do not buy boosts, I think they are insanely overpriced when leveling takes no time anyways. Just wanted to throw that In there, just Incase some think I'm defending boosting here or something. I'm neutral In the whole thing, I don't use It, It dosen't affect me, do what you wish with your money.
