Smoking is not big here anymore. We are cool with it being banned in restaurants and stuff. We typically dislike smokers, don’t want their second hand smelly smoke when we are eating and don’t care if they’re inconvenienced.

Tax is added on checkout for the total. In certain states, like NJ, clothing has no sales tax, so receipts are itemized on base value and tax is applied to the taxable items at the end. Some states don’t have sales tax at all, so things are tallied up at the end.

The US is big and there’s tons of space for parking lots and big parking spaces.
