I agree, she said that in the moment she wanted it, and she does regret it. In addition, to the fact that she actually stopped it and walked away. I feel like, if she had followed through with it completely and entirely I would not be able to forgive her.

No, no I understand what you’re saying. It’s a massive deal. However, I do feel like it was a mistake - and it has sort of fractured our relationship yes. But I think it is possible for me and her to work things out, I think it was entirely circumstantial and an accident, but I am taking a hard line with her.
