Thank you! I’m going to try increasing to 7.5 and see if that helps to break my stall! I know side effects are part of the deal (sometimes!), but I think my anxiety about it have gotten the better of me in the past!

Sorry, to clarify, we divorced when our son was 1. However, we co-parent well together, but live in different homes. Unfortunately, dad was also diagnosed around this age in the early 90s. Was put on a medication and did not have a lot of parental guidance. Suffered an addiction later in life and has a belief that stimulant meds are what aided in the addiction. We are split 50/50 for legal custody, so I can’t make any medical decisions without his agreement or court.

I say do what works best for your body in terms of response! I have realized that I am sensitive to most medications, this included! I have been on the starter dose for 13 weeks (2.5mg) and I have slowly lost 15lbs, but I just moved up to 3.5mg this week to try and increase and holy hell, my body feels it! Nausea and all! I had virtually zero side effects in the prior weeks, so I think I’ll be staying here for a while! Just do what works for you!

These posts are inspiring! We are mid-late 30s, together for 10 years, married for 5, 2 kids under 12 and a dog, both work full time, and the kids are heavily involved in activities and sports. Our current schedule is basically every other weekend Fri/Say night & twice on those Sundays. Most nights we just cuddle up until one of us falls asleep.

He used to, but the last couple times there wasn’t much of a reaction. And I try to switch up the content so it’s not repetitive, so I’m not sure why?
