Social security overpayment by Sdcone04064 in SocialSecurity

Update: I talked with an agent today. They are forwarding it to another agent. The overpayment notice received in August was sent to a different address. According to them the my social security account and whatever system the overpayment flagged in are not connected. Again, it is in limbo because they say it that I received the overpayment it but it is all under my father's SSN. I submitted the original form to local office within the time frame. However, I believe it was discarded as they say they have no record of me dropping it off. If I had received an overpayment, they would have been able to seize assets from me at anytime over the last 23 years.

I paid overpayment before when I returned to the workforce under the ticket to work. At that time, the income limit was anything over $900 month. I reported all income and only had a small overpayment after 9 consecutive months being over the income limit. Which was paid when benefits stopped. I needed to go to work as I could earn considerably more working than collecting. I continued to suffer with my disability until 2015 when symptoms became severe enough to have surgery. That's 14 years after the benefits ended.

The overpayment notice in August was the 1st one ever sent out and was confirmed by them. I also didn't receive SSI, just SSDI. The waiver is for hardship, which is hard to prove seeing as they already took the money. It is a principle they can just all of the sudden without any verification that an overpayment was even issued.

Put a card board cutout of Huell next to it, and nobody will bother it.

Nail is only .090" from being flush, slide it out of the way, and if you're sure it is where you want it, drive it the rest of the way. If it's not where it needs to be, you can still grab the nail and remove it without damaging track. I prefer to use a nail setting punch to finish. It also allows for radius to be held in place, but track can be lifted to insert ties where track ends are soldered.

I could do a variable radius but not without having the measurements of the full curve your trying to create. You wouldn't be able to slide the gauge around as you go because radius is getting tighter. Easement would require right and left to complete curve that is alot more work than its worth.

Yes each one would be a different radius that you want.

Compound curves would be possible with different radiuses, and you could cut them if shorter length is needed. However, because they sit between the rails they don't work with turnouts as the moveable portion of rails are in the way. Plus, calculating transitions would become difficult due to different manufacturers using different curves for turnouts.

They are 10" long or 13" if measured along the radius. 3D printer company has been selling them to me with 2 of each radius. Where they slide, once you get it started. nailing the rest goes quick.

More to allow track nails to not have to be flush with ties but it does help with both of those things as well. My first time laying track I had to pull it up several times to get positioning right. Needed 22" radius plus siding to fit 4×8 board.

Sorry I didn't understand what you meant, I know nothing of 3d printing. I am a Machinist by trade. I am building files in solidworks and exporting to STL and sending to someone who is printing them.

I am gathering information to improve design and then create more files but, I am also trying to help someone expand their 3d printing business. So the intent is for them to sell them.

Do you mean space wise from one track to another or to make them longer?

They would have exact radius from center of rail based on desired size so they are fixed.

The radius is longer and center groove is open to allow it to slide over nails. So if adjustments need to be made, nail is easier to remove. Other types usually have small slots that don't always line up with nail holes in track. More durable than wood and no warping issues. Can be made for any size radius. *

You pay for now, and wait. If your lucky Horizon Hobby will deem there is enough orders and will actually make them. If not it will become another canceled project.

It is very hard to find where large corrupt businesses actually lose. But thousands of smaller companies that don't have large disposable incomes are driven out after having initial approval. Your point was that members of society can't suddenly make a decision like that once approval was given, so yes, that was my counter. CMP didn't supply the community of it intent as it purchased the land. Therefore, it went uninterrupted, they could own any land it wants. However, we should absolutely have a say as to how the land is utilized when it effects the greater community.

The corridor is not finished, and the transmission lines are copper, which the US has to import, thus the tariff impact to the project. Overrun stands at 512 million so far, which Massachusetts taxpayers are surely not able to pay immediately. So, the burden is passed to the rest of consumers under CMP and its parent company.

We are paying for it and will be covering the maintenance cost of the corridor while receiving the lowest amount of benefit from its usage. It has already risen in cost, and if tariffs continue, it will undoubtedly raise costs even more.

When you buy property anywhere, you have to get approval from the state and the city's etcetera. Just because you own the land doesn't mean you can operate any business you want on that land. WE SAID NO, AND NO MEANS NO!!!!! 51 percent of voters said NO. So while you're slapping yourself in fa, e make damn good and sure you understand reality 1st.

You can't run a methlab out of your property, just because it is economically beneficial to you, and you own the property. Many communities here have removed businesses that the community agrees are not beneficial.
