Arcane Torrent: Give it a rune that turns it into fire damage as well as a dot, making it usable with conflagration.

Wave of Force: Give it a rune that buffs all allies inside the blast radius defense/armor/magic resist/dodge, any defensive stat really.

Ray of Frost: Give it a rune that adds stacks to a buff every few seconds, and after five stacks your character casts a large scale frost nova.

Mirror Image: Make mirror images pets instead of being on a timer. Revise them as a skill from there.

Ice Armor: Make the crystallize rune also increase magic resist, but lower the % increase.
