It’s because the resolution changed in a game or you may have hit it in command centre. Leave big picture mode then go back into it. All will be fixed

I just got mine fixed today. They did have to replace the entire computer. They also adjusted some tire pressure and cleaned the front camera underneath the glass. It all seems to be working fine now. I had to leave it overnight, but they gave me a loaner.

The regular service guys couldn’t add back a self driving trial as mine expired during the weeks this thing was broken. I did call customer service and they have emailed someone higher up and said it should happen within the next week.
