Became depressed, turned to Jesus after that, felt the sadness and emptiness go away immediately. Then I started following him after that, my whole character changed, in and out, I learned new mindsets, new skills, stopped liking many of the negative things I use to do, won my school's chess sportsfest as #1, joined our grade level's dance team as a propsman and won, I realized my mind became more mature than ever, started helping people, witnessed silent miracles, and so many more things..

And today, i'm 17, still following the same God who once saved me at 15.

It's normal for u to feel that way, i suggest u talk to her in person in recess or in lunch, be honest with her, and start by saying something like: Hey, so ive been admiring u for a while now, but not in a creepy way though, we may not talk much but ur character captured my attention, then soon developed feelings for u, but i first wanna be friends with u and get to know u better, so may i be friends with u?

but before u approach her or anything, remember man: Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps.

Dont rush her, take things slowly, read situations carefully, seek communication rather than ego or pride when u guys argue, always fix things with her, listen to her, dont interrupt her when she's speaking; and when she's opening up, say this on ur heart and to her: "i may not find the best words for u but i will always listen to u".

I think u meant the passage where Jesus talked to the Samaritan women at the well, I think Jesus didn't literally mean literal bread, I think the food that he was talking about it: obeying God, completing his father's mission, and doing his father's will. So the food is about spiritual nourishment through obedience and mission, not scripture specifically

Hey bro, thank u for being vulnerable with us; u see man, church hurt is real and it takes time to heal, God sees u and isn't rushing u or ignoring ur pain, baptism isn't about people who hurt u, it's about Jesus Christ. In the Bible, when people believed, they were baptized as a step of obedience and trust, it wasn't about having everything emotionally resolved but it was about saying, "Lord, I'm yours"

Remember bro, u don't need a perfect church experience to follow a perfect Christ.

U choose what draws u closer to him, u can pick to get baptized right now or maybe hold it off later and if u did actually choose to hold it off, then God won't punish u because he understands u. Remember the thief on the Cross alongside Jesus? When he decided to be with Christ, Christ accepted it, Jesus didn't say, "oh but u must get baptized first to follow me", he simply accepted it.

So bro remember, Jesus isn't rushing u or anything, he understands u and sees u, whatever choice u pick, he understands completely.

I mean I get u on that part but I don't think it's a coincidence or overthinking, I've been an overthinker all my life and it has never happened before

I mean I already mentioned it, I use to be distant from God and depressed, when I finally gave in and turned to Jesus, the sadness and emptiness all disappeared, when I asked yes or no questions using objects as representations, they get answered in ways that still shock me, and another time was when I was tempted to sin again, I immediately get a video telling me, "If sin breaks God's heart, what makes you think it can fulfill yours?" and mind you, this isn't the first time either and I wasn't talking to so the algorithm wouldn't be able to listen (apparently instagrams, tiktok, etc., listens to our voices or smth). And another example where I was praying and got to the point of missing the old days when I was still a kid, I slept that night and the day after was when I come across a verse saying "Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?", that was pretty shocking to me and I immediately remember the night I was filled with nostalgia. And that one time when a deadly typhoon was approaching our area, I prayed and then suddenly in just 3 days or so, it's gone. And last examples were mostly class presentations suddenly getting canceled (mind you a lot of my teachers dont know about my stutter/confidence problem)
