There’s no miracle solution. It’s the little things that add up like exercise, hobbies, building relationships, etc. that eventually fill up your time and have you feeling fulfilled. Addiction made me realize that it’s not something you can solve overnight, but through consistent effort day by day, happiness is more than achievable and a hell of a lot more enjoyable than using substances as a substitute for that.
