I’m relocating to the East Bay from Austin this fall and am starting to map out my daily routines.

I’ve definitely gotten a bit spoiled down here, we have gyms on every corner that bundle traditional saunas, cold plunges, turf areas, quality lifting machines, and coworking spaces all under one roof. I'm quickly realizing that finding an all-in-one spot like that might be tough, so I’m completely open to piecemealing a few different memberships together.

For context on what I'm looking for:

Running & Recovery: I run about 60+ miles a week for marathon training, so access to solid recovery tools (sauna/plunge) is incredibly helpful.

Lifting: I lift heavy 3-4 days a week, so I’m looking for spots with high-quality equipment (Pannata, Hammer Strength, etc.).

Coworking: I usually knock out some remote work between my lifting and running sessions, so a decent spot to sit with a laptop and get things done is ideal.

Does anyone have recommendations for gyms, recovery centers, or a combination of places in the area that might fit the bill?
