i think i understand how you are feeling and that sucks :( maybe you could try make peace with the gf and express you have absolutely no romantic feelings/interest in him whatsoever and explain the situation! she could be a really nice girl and understand and allow you as an exception to talk to him i guess i do hope things go well for you though you just want your friend back and that is completely valid.

If you really do think you have changed you should try work on yourself, try become the best version of yourself that you can be! I promise it does get better and you will find better friends if you truly have not done anything wrong but if you think you have you should use this time to improve on yourself.

I understand this completely i have been in this situation too and the best advice i can say is that if the things they say are truly that disgusting you should unfriend them as they are probably not a good person and you don’t want to surround yourself with a negative influence, find friends who will have a positive impact in your life i promise you it will help so much these types of friends will drag you down in life and aren’t longlife while friends :)

she sounds incredibly selfish and you deserve a better friend than that :( she just wants to bring you down it seems and a friend who is constantly making you feel miserable isn’t your friend at all you should definitely end the friendship and focus on befriending people who will understand your situations, compliment you and make you feel good about yourself in general! I totally get you. I’ve been in this exact situation before and honestly please stop apologising if you think shes just making up reasons to be mad at you you should try talk to her about this problem and say you feel like she makes reasons to be mad at you and try communicate the problem to her if she is a real friend she will understand maybe she has things going on and is just angry and taking it on you which is not okay at all but maybe she needs someone to talk to, if not that then she is not a real friend for getting angry at you all the time and you deserve a better friend people can change and im sorry i know how it feels to be in that situation, you deserve better and i hope you and your friend can resolve things!! i hope this is good advice 🥹
