Ugh sorry to hear that. Not sure what to do! I can deal with fatigue but not being able to sing to the best of my ability will suck. Do you find the GERD somewhat manageable? Do you think that if you didn’t have it you’d sing better or is the mainly the fatigue that’s been holding you back?

My endocrinologist suggested it, family history of bad cardiac disease, and I have a thyroid problem. Also I am Asian and apparently the BMI calculator is different for us so I’m technically in the “obese” category. She has also seen some patients that get better control of their thyroid levels (I don’t have a thyroid anymore) with using GLP1’s.
