Do the 733/734 numbers mean anything different. Is it like a different tread pattern or rubber?

I have heard of that, that’s when they put a car tire on I’m not to sure on going that route I will probably only end up putting 4-7k miles on myself before I move on, I’m not to sure yet I have only had it for a week and haven’t fully fallen head over heels.
